Mushroom based royalty in a humanoid form. Perhaps an ambassador to broker an alliance between the two species.
Spent a while looking into different species of mushroom to gain inspiration on this one, every part of her is a real world mushroom, or close enough with a bit of artistic liscense. My personal favorite is the dress, which is a shrouded mushroom type the name of which I cannot recall.
